24th January 2007, 10:44 AM #1 sims.net knowledge Im moving to a new job out of the IT technician sector, but will need to be able to support sims.net for data extraction. I am familular with CMIS as i have been supporting it for 3 years but never experienced sims.net.
Is there anyway i can get my hands on an installation, or manuals for data extraction report creation?
Thanks

Re: sims.net knowledge Why don't you just register on the Capita support site. I presume you still work for an LEA or some other kind of educational organisation.
Also the are PDFs availible with each SIMS.net client installation. Just look in the Help menu.
If you are still having problems just post on the Capita forums or here (though the Capita one is better for non-technical queries).
