    Upgrading DB

Ok, having errors when upgrading database structure through scripts. Currently occurs on script for 3.61.259 to 3.61.260. Erroruplicate column names are not allowed in result sets obtained through OPENQUERY and OPENROWSET. The column name "code" is a duplicate.
Duplicate column names are not allowed in result sets obtained through OPENQUERY and OPENROWSET. The column name "code" is a duplicate.

Is that normal practice or something that i need to sort?

    Re: Upgrading DB

At a guess its SIMS... as it looks like SIMS but if it threw up the error chances are it would roll back the database to the state it was in before you installed the script. There maybe something wrong with the script itself but not really sure. I would contact capita about it or post up on the capita support forum. This happening during Dec update?
