Hiya

I am trying to create a new sims database, and i think that the newsimsdatabase.mdb file is damaged. everything installs fine, but when i try to run simsconfigurator.exe after entering my credentials it just says configuration complete, is their any way to overide this?, is it my database thats damaged or is this the usual
