Yep- no SOLUS or Supportnet for us either. Just when I have been having issues running the latest SIMS update too and have been going backwards and forwards with support!! Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!

Yup, Capita has fallen into the abyss. We just tried to use Solus just now and we get a proxy error - a tracert shows it stopping at Capita's door.
