I am trying to run design a report that is the same as the data collection sheet but I want to run it on our applicants for year 2010 year 7s. This is so they can be checked by the prospective parents. I have no problem targeting the right group etc but I cannot get any multiple record sets to work. I have got as far as contacts and it will only return the first contact. If I try the same template on an "On Roll" group all the contacts show up fine. I have double checked the records to see that certain records have multiple contacts and they do. I have made sure only return 1 result etc is unticked.
Any Ideas? Quirks I should know about ? Easier way to do this?

Reason: Multiple records not sub reports

10th May 2010, 10:10 AM #2 There is a report already set up by default, in "Focus > Applications", called "Applicant Data Collection Sheet", if that doesn't do what you want or isn't laid out how you want it, you could use that as the basis for your report (it appears to pull all the correct data through when I run it on my system).
Let me know if you don't have it and I'll email you a copy.

10th May 2010, 10:27 AM #3 Time to book that eye test cheers. It doesn't help that you cant sort the column names by pressing the column title at the top. It was nestled in an odd order.
Why my template didn't work is a mystery as contacts table looks the same.

10th May 2010, 10:35 AM #4 lol, I've given up trying to make logical sense of certain aspects of SIMS, I mean we have an SQL database that you can't run a report on that pulls info from two separate areas with any kind of ease!
glad you got it sorted now anyway
