SIMS - Address Validation Problems
I'm having intermittent trouble with SIMS failing to connect to the address validation service. It appears to be my machine rather than the server, as I can connect if I move to a different machine but mine just won't have it.
Has anybody else had issues with it? Got any idea's how I could fix it?
Any help would be much appreciated,

Proxy settings? Perhaps your exceptions\local bypass address?

Looked at both of those, mine are no different to on a working machine, and some days it will work, others it won't, and I can't think of anything that I run on certain days that could be conflicting

Have you tried to ping the address to check for packet loss for say 20mins?

I don't know what IP address Sims looks up addresses from, does anybody on here know?

Thanks for that, but I still have the problem and it only seems to be happening on my machine so I think there's some setting/software somewhere on my system that's blocking it

I beleive ( from reading their support site stuff ) the validate function takes it to here

We had a similar issue a couple of weeks ago that then suddenly started working again, nothing we'd changed here, it apparently broke again ( according to our datamanager ) who's not git back to me about it this morning.
