IEP Writer

Hi all

A school has a problem with IEP Writer v3. Some student files come up as "locked" it gives you the option of clicking yes or no if you are sure the file is not in use by another user, which it isn't, but then nothing happens or IEP Writer insists the file is in use, any ideas why this could be.

Also teachers are reporting that IEP Writer is not saving once they have amended a file, but I can't seem to find a problem, the only problem seems to be with locked files.

I think I had this problem but it has been wiped from my memory.
