We've just received a missive with the following sentence (quote trimmed to protect the culpable):

"$database....will feed data into ContactPoint which only allows text fields to contain letters and numeric fields to contain numbers."

Does anyone know if this is legit? Is ContactPoint unable to handle double-barrelled names or O'Briens?
