Rep Power: 6 | I don't think you can with UDFs, they are quite basic at the moment in how they work and appear, and tend to be quite static. |

![]() | A workaround would be to create an aspect for that status, make a marksheet for that group and fill in the status. You can then make marksheets for all reg groups, and instruct people to link to them from the take registers screen via the new tabs. It's a bit fiddly, but once set up, will do the job, and all teachers will have access only a couple of clicks away. You can also show other data alongside the C/D borderline status, including key grades or other status indicators you choose and allow the form tutor to see them on one marksheet.
