SIMS Homepage Panels

With the 7.122 release of SIMS we are able to force a set of homepage panels based on a membership in a group, i've tried this on a test system and it sort of works excpet it if a staff member already has panels it doesn't get rid of them and simply adds the ones I want underneath anything already there.

This prooves a problem because some staff end up with loads of panels. Is this by design or am I missing something?

You ain't missing anything.
You will need to get the staff to configure their own page somewhat so that they get the best from it. It depends which type of Lock you use as to whether they can configure or not!
I have forced several panels on staff and explained how to configure to their specific group/needs, be it Reg Group, Year Group or Whole school.
