Where is the lookup in SIMs

We want to use the Linked Documents in Student Details to record telephone conversation details. When we go to add a new general document the input form displays a drop down list for Type. I want to add Telephone Conversation to this list. I assume it is fed from a lookup somewhere but none of the lookup names are obvious contenders. Does anyone know which one I need to edit.

KB55109 - Can the Linked Documents options be added to? – on SupportNet suggests no they can’t. Sorry, looks like you may need to add a change request unless anyone else has any ideas.
