List of problems with Pearson E1
Has anyone produced a list of key problems/issues or a list of key benefits they have found with Pearson's E1 product?
I have seen another thread and it seems to have been very negatively received on the whole but there are no lists of specific issues. I do not want to form an opinion without specifics.
It may be that there are many very satisfied users out there too and I would like to try to get a balanced picture.
It would save me SO much time if someone has a list to hand!!
Many thanks.
Kind regards,
Alan

22nd July 2009, 01:45 PM #3 I doubt such a list as you require is out there anyway.
Like any system it will have people who like it and people who hate it which may not be founded in hard fact.
Yes there will be things that don't work correctly but the development pace on E1 is very high.

22nd July 2009, 09:18 PM #6 I've looked at these lists recently myself as we are also evaluating our options. From memory the count in Norfolk is...
26/7 running Serco Facility, 22/3 running Sims.net, 8-10 running Phoenix E1, 6ish on Phoenix Gold and 2 on Bromcom.
The only figure I know is accurate is the Bromcom one! The list is a little out dated. I know of at least on school listed as Phoenix Gold as moved to either Serco/Sims and I'm sure a couple of the E1 schools listed have also moved to Serco/Sims.
