We've been contacted by Serco regarding CMIS license renewal and wondered if anyone was willing to share info on their license costs (pm if preferred)?

We were also told that the contract now runs on a 3 yearly basis - we had a yearly contract?

Thats interesting, ours is due for renewal end of this month / next month I beleive and I think the Principal only wants another 1 year as the manglement are always scared of comitting too much to them as of issues they have had, although a big chunk I think were our problem not Sercos! But that will cause some feathers to fly if its 3 year minimum now.
