We had to apply Patch 13031 the other day due to an error with the cover module, ever since we've been seeing the error below in the application log.
Event ID: 18059
The connection has been dropped because the principal that opened it subsequently assumed a new security context, and then tried to reset the connection under its impersonated security context. This scenario is not supported. See "Impersonation Overview" in Books Online.
Has anyone seen this? I'll log a call with the help desk i'm just wondering if anyone else has come accros this error, I googled it and I can see a few threads online but non that offer a solution that looks like it fits.

what version are you on?
The client says 7.116 build 18, Db version 3.61.537.

There is the June Upgrade. Dunno if it will help but it may be worth doing.
Yeh i've seen that so i'll try to get that on when I get chance. Tbh I didn't reboot the server after we applied the last patch so that might be all that is required.
Shouldnt really need a reboot but could be worth a try.
