Collecting money for trips and music lessons

I am looking for some software that helps to manage collecting money for school trips and extra lessons like music.

This system would need to integrate into our MIS system which is Serco Facility/E Portal.

It maybe that we could use custom fields in Facility itself?

Curious to know what other schools are doing.

Our finance team use Schoolfund

It allowed us to import a student details via a SIMS report csv. No dynamic link though.
