    SIMS AM - Printing Reports

We are having issues printing reports in Assessment Manager.

Every time our admin lady prints 10 she gets an error saying "encountered a problem and needs to close"
The Event Logs show a few errors:

    Has anybody else experienced this?

    • I have applied the MS patches as they suggest.
    • Also changed the print driver from PCL6 to PCL5c

We had to apply that patch post March upgrade because it would not print the teachers' names on the reports.

It's worth a try though, our system wasn't crashing out but it was being a bit slow and weird sometimes on generation.
