Does anyone use SIMS to generate either lists for celebratory certificates or actually produce the certificate using a template?
Currently I have a system that a member of the office staff submits csv sheets through a web end to an Access DB and the system then tallys how many nominations a child has had for a subject and can print out different level of certificates depending on the number they have. The problem is staff can't seem to spell students name correctly, get tutor groups right or remember if they have nominated the student all ready higher up the page.
In my mind there should be a way to use the behaviour log in SIMS to enter a certain mark and then from this generate who has has how many from each subject, & either then feed that into a mailmerge or preferably a report from SIMS would print out the certificate.

So anyone doing this all ready or know for definate it is possible?
