Enhanced SIMS Support

Is anyone here in Suffolk buying the Enchanced SIMS Support from CSD, or not?

Just got out of a meeting about this. Enhanced means CSD will remote in, if they can't they come out. If you have trouble moving SIMS server, they'll do it. So basically log a call saying, can't do it, then they do it for you. Same thing with SIMS upgrades.

IMHO get at enhanced SIMS. Not sure about the other "packages".

For what they charge as standard they should be doing that sort of thing anyway!
