We're looking to do an attendance type report based on lesson 1 marks rather than AM registration marks.
Our attendance officer doesn't think this can be done automatically. I’ve had a quick look myself, but couldn’t find anything. At the moment, she is going through the registers manually.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I don't see why not... What do you want to report on? Missing marks, by house, year, class or?
Cheers kmount. We are looking to create a report of pupils absent from (for example) lesson one during lesson two. We use Lesson Monitor for registers.

when you say automatically are you looking at having a report run at a specified time and output etc orare you wanting a quick route to allow someone to run the report

Currently she is working her way through all lesson one registers to note down and investigate those students that havne't made it into lesson one. We would like to create a report she can run which lists those students (then I need to look at getting some other details out from the student records).

I'm not clear exactly what you want here but in lesson monitor reports there is a report that lets you compare marks between sessions/lessons so you could run that and get it to identify everyone who was in for AM reg but not P1. If that is not what you're after I have just written a report that looks at all P1 marks on a given day. That would show you all the marks for P1.
I'll attach it so you can have a look.
