Hi
We are having a small problem with our comment banks all of a sudden. When the teachers go to enter results for a subject such as Yr10 Maths, and they open the comment box and the comment bank box opens, all the Maths comments are displayed, Yr7, Yr8, Y9 etc. :?
I have been onto the technical support at serco and they cannot seem to fix it at the moment. Has anybody seen or had this problem before, any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks

Your still using eportal to do you reports, what a joy that must be.
Havent seen this problem before though, is this since the latest upgrade?
Do you have a blank comment in each subject?

Hi
We purchased CMIS about five years ago and the ePortal was not included, so the SMT have decided to purchase it this year and have it up and running for September. So aswell as having to sort out the problem above I am also in the middle of setting up a new domain and servers for this system. Nevermind.
We have had this problem for a few months before the last upgrade ( The one that had the printing bug in ), it started off with Maths and has now grown to the nearly all the subjects.
:? What do you mean by a blank comment in each subject ?
Thanks

in order to get the comment banks to work correctly we used to add a blank comment to each subjects comment bank. SO for maths create a new comment which is blank and then add all your comments.
