Club booking / acconting

Hi,

We run a breakfast / afterschool club, and having some issues managing the bookings / finances of it. Does anyone have any ideas as to some software to do it?

We use Private Funds Manager. Istek Private Funds Manager

It isn't cheap but before our new Bursar introduced it we would have an Admin person working pretty well full time trying to manage all the different trips, shows, clubs etc.

Ours is via our cashless catering system as we use at a dinnertime. After dinner 1:30PM we have a lady who will empty all the revalv machines, bank up and take the money to the bank for the days takings.

All budgetry work is done via the Cashless Catering software and the Catering Manager enters the key figures online back to the catering company.

doesn't fees billing in sims .net cope with this?

Hi,

We use facility CMIS which has something like what SIMS has, but I wanted an attendance based system somwhat like cashless catering where you can book places in advance. I've got a demo coming of the istek thing, so hopefully it will work!

one of my school uses a system like this, I will email the school for you and ask what system they use. It prints off all the reciepts and everything
