SIMS, Where are period times stored?

We changed our timetable layout in September and we've just noticed that some of the start and finish times are wrong for our periods. I cannot for the life of me find where you specifiy this. I've tried NovaT 6 too, but cannot see it anywhere, anybody know where it is hiding?
