sims services stopping

Has anyone encountered the following sims services stopping on their own?

SQL server (SIMS 2005) & SQL Server analysis services (SIMS 2005).

They can stop for a whole range of reasons. I agree that checking the event logs should reveal more. Generally speaking, a reboot of your server normally fixes this issue.

Do you know where the SQL was installed on the server has the folder been removed or the drive renamed? Have you changed the admin password?

Nothing in the logs
Server Shutdown as and when. Early last week was last time

makes no difference rebooting still stops services randomly.

Nothing else changed , drives or passwords.
