    Another Census day debacle

The purpose of this e-mail is to inform colleagues that Collect is currently experiencing performance problems which our Microsoft engineers are currently diagnosing. We will rectify the problem and resume a normal service, as soon as possible.

May we apologise for this delay and any inconvenience caused. We will keep you updated on progress.

If you have any other difficulties or queries regarding COLLECT please contact the DSG Helpdesk who will be able to advise.

    dsg.helpdesk@dcsf.gsi.gov.uk or telephone 01325 392626

    Thank you

In the nigh on 6 years I've worked in I.T in the Education sector, the returns site has always failed. Have the DFES never heard of load balancing?

    Jokers!

Our LEA have pretty much given up on COLLECT.

For the first time i've worked in education, our census validated with no warnings or errors!
