    SIMS.net auditing access rights

    Hi All

I have an audit coming up but need to produce evidence that everyone has the appropiate access rights for SIMS. I could just do screen shots but for this I would have to do a screen shot for each user and each permission - this would take forever!

    Is there a quicker way??

    I dont think so.

There is a semi quick way, but only if you are using the built in groups and haven't created custom ones.

There is a standard spreadsheet that comes our with every sims release showing all built ins groups and there permissions.

All you would need to do is take a screen shot of the group showing the users.
