Just had the following fault code on SIMS: 7854-0872-4000
Said something about deadlocking but the trusty "Search for a Solution" button tells me no solution could be found.
Anyone shed any light?
P.S. Am I being blind or isn't there anything on the Capita Support site where you can search for Fault Codes? If not, why not? I thought it would be a good idea.

29th September 2008, 12:01 PM #6 Hi Paul,
There is an area on Capita's SIMS SupportNet which lists known fault codes along with associated knowledge base articles.
To access the Hot Topic - Fault Codes page, select Web Support from the top menu and then Hot Topics from the sub menu.
You will then be presented with a list of topics, one of which is Fault Codes.
I've searched the list for you and I'm afraid that fault code 7854-0872-4000 isn't listed (must be a new one!).
Good luck,
John.

I was looking for something like that on Capita's site. It's not exactly well pointed out.
As you said, though, my fault code isn't listed so I can't really follow this further until it happens again and I get more information.
