    sims "quick letters" permissions

anyone know, what permissions a person needs to enable "quick letters" as the librarian who's been given classroom teacher permissions, it doesnt export the pupil data into the word template. I said i'd try and find out as the sims manager hasnt got time to look into it for days....

Do you mean for it to appear on the menu or for it to run? For it to run properly you need to set macro security to medium or make it trusted. If its not there put them in the Class Teacher group and that should give them minimal permissions to do tasks like that.

ooh macro security, that seems to make it work, on my pc anyways. I guess it'll fix it on hers too. thx.

I've discovered the linked documents bit, seems to be we could upload a template specifically for the library but Im unsure where to put it so it would appear on every kids, linked documents window.
