Issue with lesson monitor

Problem when trying to print from sims:

Reports > Leson Monitor > Manual entry > Print Registration Sheet

All im getting is Fault Code: 4446-0324-6000 when im trying to print????

Any great ideas?

Ive reinstalled sims on the workstation, but no fix.

Tried a diff user on the same installation (eliminate installation) ?
Tried the same user on a diff installation (eliminate user) ?

When you reinstalled, did you wipe the SIMS.net directory and the gumph it puts in My Documents (may not be relevant but hey ...).

Different user on a different computer still brings up the same error

Or are you saying this is an issue globally affecting all users on all workstations?

Its effecting all computers and users, but i couldnt get back onto the front office computer, nor do I have the member of staff's username and password. Sorry for the confusion.

If its affecting everyone it would be worth running the Database Diagnostics tool from SIMS.net, Tools, System Diagnostics, Database Diagnostics.
