Problem when trying to print from sims:
Reports > Leson Monitor > Manual entry > Print Registration Sheet
All im getting is Fault Code: 4446-0324-6000 when im trying to print????
Any great ideas?
Ive reinstalled sims on the workstation, but no fix.
HELP!!!!! lol

Tried the same user on a diff installation (eliminate user) ?
When you reinstalled, did you wipe the SIMS.net directory and the gumph it puts in My Documents (may not be relevant but hey ...).

4th September 2008, 11:42 AM #5 Its effecting all computers and users, but i couldnt get back onto the front office computer, nor do I have the member of staff's username and password. Sorry for the confusion.

4th September 2008, 01:25 PM #6 If its affecting everyone it would be worth running the Database Diagnostics tool from SIMS.net, Tools, System Diagnostics, Database Diagnostics.
