I need a solution to this problem as a matter of urgency.

Teacher's Desktop has been running happily for our users until recently when some of the laptops have been hanging when synchronising from offline to online.
The green progress bar has been almost getting to the end and then nothing happens.

Suggestions from our LEA SIMS Support include detaching and re-attaching the local database (did not work) or making a copy of the database and attaching to that instead (still not tried).

I have just been wondering whether anyone else has ever had this problem and whether there is a quick solution.
I am seriously panicking about this now because staff are due to have their Year 7 reports in this week and a number of them have spent a long time at home doing them on the laptops.
If anyone can offer any help, I will be most grateful.
