    Cool Finding Birthdays

Although this isn't a matter of life and death we feel that it would be a nice touch for Registration Tutors to be able to see who is their class is celebrating a birthday soon, would there be anyway of notifying Reg Tutors of who is having a birthday is the forth coming week when they log on?

Not sure how we would start to approach it, a report of some sort?

    Thanks for any help

Not entirely sure how you would display this but you could create a report to show the name, reg group and age.
When creating the report there's a option to filter by "Days to next birthday" and you can specify the number of days. It's under "Basic Details".

Within the Sims home page there is an optional panel for My Reports. This displays a list of reports assigned to the user which have been automatically run. If you had a birthday report your users could click on it to see the results. It might take a bit of setting up though - if you wanted to limit the results to those in their reg group you'd probably need to create a report for each tutor.
