Sims report Template

My Sims guru is trying to run the data collection report from Sims students

we need to remove some fields eg route ,free school meals.

we do that run report and it puts them in the word report. I presume by deselecting them you are only telling sims not to populate the data but its the headings we dont want.

Do we need to edit the template and if so where is it stored. We are using Windows xp sp2 and office 2003.Any help gratefully received.

It will probably be easier if you create a new report with the necessary fields you require, rather than the pre-configured report that comes with SIMS.
