Thanks Pete, I'll give that a try as our users are infuriated by just how long it takes from clicking the icon to having SIMS open.

That would make sense cause it means scanning a mapped drive with masses of data in it, I will be checking any on access or scheduled daily scanners when I get a chance.

Anyone know how to set this on RMVP3? I can find file exceptions but not folders... If not VP3, can it be done in VP4??
