Error:NOVA-T6needs to know the location of this directory in order to run after migra

    Hi

We migrated SIMS from SQL 2008 to SQL2012.Now when we open NOVA-T6 on the client, I get an error which says SNOVA directory not found. NOVA-T6needs to know the location of this directory in order to run.
Do I have to specify the path for the SNOVA directory within SIMS.

Please suggest any help much appreciated.

    Thanks

The client can't see the SNOVA folder or something is wrong. It could be permissions, settings, incorrect pointer.
Take a look at this KB110330 article on SupportNet.
The simplest thing to check is if you can browse to the folder whilst logged in. Possibly you changed servers in the move and permissions are not set up correctly...?
