Hi,

Just come in to do the November Update and the LEA wants us to do a Tidy Backups and a new backup before we commence.

We click on Tidy Backups and we get the following error message:

"warning microsoft ole db provider for sql server - timeout expired"

Have logged call with LEA but they could be hours. Anyone got any advice?
