    Reports - Excel Can't Save

Got an issue with SIMS reports, when exported to Excel, for one user - when she runs reports to open in Excel, she's unable to save, you click Save (or Ctrl & S / File-Save etc.) and nothing happens... Tried upgrading her from Office 2010 to 2013 and it still does it...

She's having to copy and paste the data into Word/notepad then close & reopen Excel to work with it...

Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution, or can anyone suggest something that might resolve it?
