Nova T6 Access violation error
Sadly the solution on this thread: Sims - Nova T6 Error didn't help, so I'm hoping someone has had a similar issue before.
Our data manager ran a Cycle export this morning for the first time, which seemed to go through okay. She then went to export the curriculum data, but got the following error:
"Nt6. Access violation at address 00014042 in module 'NT6.EXE'. Read of address 0000000C."
We tried a different machine and a different user account with no luck. We also tried loading previous datasets and garnered the same result. I had hoped changing permissions on C:\Windows\SIMS.ini to give the data manager modify rights would help, but no dice there either.
Any advice on any troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!

Have you looked on SupportNet? There are a number of issues listed there. If you can get into the program and load a dataset, there are various things to look for which could be an issue, e.g.
Select Data | Alternative Curriculum. Search for an AC activity on the left hand side which has no subject. Delete this activity and OK to save.
This will enable the export to take place.
The AC activity will need to be re-entered.
The error can be caused by lower case letters in the room code. If the error is associated with Rooms, use Plan | Rooms to edit the room concerned. Just highlighting and choosing Edit will change the code to all upper case. Please also change the room codes in Focus | School | Rooms to match.

Just to update, my Data Manger came back to me and mentioned it was something to do with the Alternative Curriculum being carried over from this year to next that was causing the issue, so @vikpaw had it absolutely spot on. Thanks for the help, much appreciated!
I did try to look it up on Support Net, but I find the website a touch unwieldy...
