Discover is resource intensive in terms of graphics and CPU power. It is not really suited to RDP/VDI - though there's no reason why you couldn't try it, especially if you only have one or two poeple using it?

Its one of the reasons that we scrapped thin clients, too many resource hungry apps out there and to be honest the price of a fat client vs thin + backend is very similar if not better value with a fat client base.

  5. Thanks to dsk from:

Yep completely agree with you - phasing out my last 100 TC's here too.

Hi, we do it and it works quite well although it is not heavily used by all staff. Just install onto your image as you would on any client.

    Each of our desktops have
    2 vCPUs
    2 GB RAM

We have compression set so that it works fluid enough but does not compromise on streaming the pixels too much.
