    Permissions to change User Passwords

    Hi,

Having a strange issue with our Data Manager unable to reset user passwords despite her having System Manager permissions the same as me, I can reset passwords and create users fine.

Ploughed through the Permissions list and 'Reset Passwords' doesn't have an option. Manage Users - Run comes under System Manager permissions.

Anyone know what access the user needs to change passwords?
    Thanks

How long ago did you apply sysman permissions? I find that sims can be slow to catch up - have no idea why though, you'd think it should be instant.
