    Solus3 Autumn Upgrade - Tolerance not met for target SIMS Database

    Solus3 upgrade fails during the Autumn update with:

    Tolerance not met for target SIMS Database

    I have checked all target versions and they seem correct. Any help/ advice appreciated.

    Anything in the log file?

    Go into the deployment history and select the deployment, then "View deployment detail". Find the 'failed' database upgrade and click on view deployment log. That should give you some info as to what's happening.

    Just been on the phone to Capita about the same issue.
    They've said we had an exam patch last summer which seems to be causing errors when updating.
    I've been given a patch to run before the upgrade and one to run after to sort this out.
    Heres hoping.

    Issue now resolved. This morning solus3 reported that the SIMS server was offline - Agent service had stopped. Restarted it and re-tried the deployment and it installed successfully. I double checked all that yesterday and it was online and agent was running, so why it works today is beyond me - but par for the course with solus3!
