AIM High is an excellent system which we did use!! However our gradual plan has been to put everything centrally on Sims.net so that we don't have data on separate systems which is why we converted to Profiles and are quite happy.

I totally agree with Kiran - Aim High is very good but we are looking to consolidate on SIMS and will slowly move over to Profiles in the next few months. Some departments will take a lot of persuadig though....

We used to use profiles on sims but now use aim high due to horrendous bugs in profiles

f21970 - anything particular problems that put you off? Also when did you switch to AimHigh?
