I need to make a complaint against Capita as we have had two support calls that have been going on since monday and no one can give me updates on whats going on. I keeping calling them every hour asking for someone to call me with an update but no one does.
Does anyone know the best way of making a complaint or who to speak to, to try and get things moving?
So far since monday we have had no exams module working and no intouch!!!!

Your local account manager will help but just keep ringing them
All that happens is some customer service manager rings you back and says sorry we were really busy etc and you get nothing.
Although @PhilNeal on here will also probably help you as well with getting it sorted, he'll probably need all your ticket details etc so get ready to reply to him
