We have a school that are currently getting timeout errors when using/saving SIMS attendance and assessments.

The users are connecting from teachers laptops via a remote desktop connection from their curriculum network to the admin server using windows authentication to get into SIMS and using the servers local sims files (Pulsar, connect.ini and SIMS.ini etc).

I am after advice, as to what to advise a 3rd party hardware support company, to check as the issues are since they upgraded wireless onsite and issued new laptops updating Windows XP to W7.
