    "Unable to retrieve the route"

Getting this error coming up - before contacting Capita thought I'd reach out here to see if anyone has come across this.

Sims for a couple of users is dropping out at indeterminate points in time.
    Clients are more than able.
Server is more than able, physical box, 48GB ram etc. Server 2012.

Error provided is "Unable to retrieve the route" with fault code 119284865300

Networking is solid as is DNS, from both the client side and server. Nothing in event log either way to suggest issues.

    Any cunning plans?

Just check DNS that it doesn't have the ISCSI IP being propagated along with the public IP - total guess by the way

There's no iSCSI device attached to that box.

Nope. Well, IPv6 will be enabled on the server but not used on the network.
However there's something that's reminded me of which may be of note; will check the link aggregation on the server in the morning.

Word is crashing quite happily when this happens too; suspect it may be word crashing facilitating this issue.
