Using Photos in Reports

I`ve been asked if iI can print exam passes with photos showing, I`ve treied creating a mail merge but when run it just says (photo) where the photo would be, is this doable?

If using SIMS, log into Supportnet and there are some good examples of reports you can download.

i had a similar problem when i tried to do it into an excel template.
it works alright in word but then it has to be put into a table, otherwise it kept going funny for me.
there are built-in reports under student and focus section called photographs, and also, record card that you can clone and play around with.
we chose to use much higher resolution photos than recommend for clarity, and other internal uses. just bear in mind, this affects the report output.
when i run the report card report i get a photo that fills the page! however the photographs report seems to handle it better and you get a nice 9 to a page output of the chosen class.
