We use Sims FMS and as part of that the equipment register module.
Our Finance guy uses this to calculate depreciation on a yearly basis however after a recent audit things have gone wrong and there must (hope) be a simple fix and the issues must have happened to others.
For those who know the software there was a 'reverse last run' performed which was fine however when trying to run the depreciation again the dates are incorrect so it will not work- the 'next depreciation run from-to' fields are non editable from what I can see and as the dates are incorrect in the auto populated fields so we are stuck.
Contacted our mis support and they have asked for us to upload the fms database to see whats up but im hoping someone else has had and found a fix for this issue already.
Any advice is always appreciated!
