You'll need to manually change the agent status value to failed in the SQL database via management Studio.

SQL Management Studio -> SOLUS3 DB -> Edit SOLS3.Agents table. Change the Agent Status value to 16.

Reopen the UI and the agent will be listed as 'failed' so it can be removed.

Hey @zag and @Rawns - Just updated it to 1.0.1 - basically now allows you to reset Install Queued. Download today from > https://s3unlock.codeplex.com/

I know this is targeted at agents. What would also be great is the ability to reset deployments with a status of "Rollback in progress" to failed. We've had a few crashed roll backs at various sites resulting in this status.

Makes a bit of a mess as it'll generate a new GUID so you'll have 2 records. Also, not sure you can remove it when it's locked install active - basically it's starts installing then the "helpful" person pulls the battery mid install or whatever.
