    Exams Result Broadsheet Timeout

    This is happening when attempting to export a Results Certification Broadsheet in Exams Organiser. Downloading the latest copy of Performance Measures and recalculating PI data might fix it. If it doesn't, Capita are aware and expected to fix it later.

    We ahd this issue in some of our schools, 1 rebooted their server and said it fixed the issue. Another tried a couple of times and it started working and we also added the CommandTimeout command to the connect.ini file. Not sure if this will help you but it could be worth trying them.

    Capita are currently testing a permanent fix to this issue and suggest it will be made available later today (possibly tomorrow now).

    In the meantime, some users and local SIMS support teams are now reporting that this issue is resolved if you run Database Diagnostics and Validate Memberships from within SIMS .net.

    Our LA did something to it and it was fixed. They didn't say what the fix was though.

    Capita have this afternoon released patch 18544 which reportedly resolves the broadsheet timeout issue.

    We've got the same issue here - patch 18544 applied and still no luck.

    Apparently Capita are releasing another patch this morning - fingers crossed!

    Anyone found a workaround to this? looks like capita can't fix it and won't help me to work past their bugs!

    Capita have just released patch number 18558 to fix the broadsheet time-out issue. Have you tried this one yet?

    I got our patch via the LEA, despite having an open call logged with Capita, who said they'd email me as soon as the patch was available.

    Still waiting for that email....
