Head of Department Not Seeing All Marksheets in Thier Department
Hi I need help again
For some reason a head of department cannot see all her year 9 classes Marksheets for Some Reason. Some of them Show up but others don't. When I then look at her overall Marksheet all the kids including the classes that she cannot see comes up as well.
I checked course manager and everything so far seems ok. I know we have a new senior teaching staff doing the timetable and since the person has done some timetable changes there has been a few problems and I think this problem may be due to a Timetable issue
Thanks for your help

On the template for the marksheet, re-add the marksheets for any new classes.
Also if Timetabler switched groups around, ensure students are allocated to correct groups in curriculum assignment and then run update course memberships.
You can do a visual check in course manager as it will show classes it contains and student memberships. If the classes don't match the marksheets put on the template that might explain why some are missing.

Deleting the marksheet then readding them on seems to have done the trick thanks
