Intouch service setup missing two fields
maybe someone had this before, out intouch service is not working properly, after little investigation service setup missing some lines (those line were populated before)
Line that are missing are Site ID and Callback service, picture attached
Capita is very slow to respond

We had a similar issue a while back. My colleague who dealt with it says that it was caused by the Open VPN service failing. He says a quick restart of the service should fix it?

Mines done that this morning as well. I applied a patch last night to stop double registers showing in reports so i assumed it was that, currently waiting for a call back from capita.

OK, issue resolved. It was capita fault, there was a problem with their servers, but first they insisted we checked our server all over, before checking their own end.
