    What is an Agent ?

I am setting up permissions for a new sims user and noticed they have a tab called Agents. What is this tab ? What is an Agent. Also if anyone knows what permissions can turn this off that would also be great.

    Thanks

Seriously, not sure what you're doing. There is a part of the permissions tree that controls access to Agent info. You can't hide it though.
Students can have agents associated with them, so you wouldn't want to turn them off.

    here is a def:
An Agent is an individual who has some involvement in a child's development. They could be Doctors, Educational Psychologists from the LA Support Team or external specialists who are being consulted about particular pupil/students.Agents must be attached to an agency within

SIMS to indicate who they are employed by. For example, an Educational Psychologist would be classed as an agent and they must be associated with their employer, Anywhere LA who would be classed as an agency.
